COURSE/ TOOL REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS

To cancel your a membership subscription, you can do so yourself by logging into your account, going to the Billing Portal and clicking the Cancel Button.  

For refunds of any of the courses wth one-off purchases prices, email us at the address above. If you are unhappy with a course, please let us know what you were unhappy about, this helps us make improvements. As long as you are within the guarantee period for a particular course you will be refunded. Please be polite, we have never refused anyone a refund within the guarantee period.
