Unbound Actor Partner Programme Instructions

Welcome to the Unbound Actor Partner Programme.

This page will show you how to log into your Affiliate Portal, find your partner links, share them correctly, and understand how commissions work.

You do not need to be a marketing expert to do this.

The best way to succeed as an Unbound Actor Partner is simple:

Recommend Unbound Actor honestly to others who may genuinely benefit from it.

1. Log into your Affiliate Portal

You can access your Affiliate Portal here:

You can also find a login button on the Partners/Affiliates page.

Inside your portal is where you will find your sharable links, view your partner programme details, and track your activity and commissions.

When you log in, you may be asked to enter the email address you used when registering as an Affiliate Partner.

Depending on the login flow, you may then receive an email with a secure login link. Click that link to access your portal. It should look something like this:

2. Find your Partner Programme Tier

Inside your Affiliate Portal, you will see the Affiliate Programme tier/s you currently have access to.

Your programme is based on your current Unbound Actor rank and commission level. For example, you may see a programme connected to your current status, such as:

  1. 1
    Emerging 20%
  2. 2
    Inner Circle IVORY 25%
  3. 3
    etc...

The programme you see will match the commission level you have currently unlocked. Everyone starts on Emerging 20% until they rank up to Inner Circle IVORY.  

As your Unbound Actor rank increases, your Partner Programme access will be updated to reflect your new commission rate. And you will always get an email confirming that.

3. Find your affiliate links

Click on that Affiliate Arogramme and a new page will open up. Inside that Affiliate Programme, you will see a list of Referral Links. Each link sends people to a specific Unbound Actor page or offer. 

Each link is unique to YOU. That means when someone clicks your link, we can track that the visitor came from you so that you get the commission.

4. Choose the right link to share

Use the link that matches what you are recommending.

For example, if you are telling someone about Unlimited Reels, then use your Unlimited Reels referral link.

If you are telling someone about Pitch Yourself Before the Audition, use your Pitch Yourself Before the Audition affiliate link.

If you are inviting someone to try the Unbound Actor Community, use your Free Community access link. Try not to send people a random link. The more relevant the link is, the more helpful it will be, because they will land on the page of the thing they are looking for. The same goes for if you are posting the link onto social media or your blog.

It may be that, for example, you send them to the Unlimited Reels page but they do not enroll in Unlimited Reels. However, 3 days later they buy another course or product instead. That sale will STILL be tracked to you, because you are the person that introduced them to Unbound Actor website.

And as long as they buy in the first 90 days (3 months) after you introduce them to Unbound Actor, all those sales will still be commissioned to you. If they make multiple purchases in that time, you will get commission for every one of those purchases.

5. How the Free Community Access link works

One of your links will send people to a page where they can register for 2 Months Free Community Access.

This will allow them to join the Unbound Actor CORE Community free for 2 months. It also gives them 3 free weeks of Unbound Actor LIVE. And because this is a free registration, you do not earn commission at the moment they sign up.

However, the link still matters. And in fact, this could be your best strategy.

When someone registers for the community through your partner link, they will be tracked for up to 90 days. That means if they join the community on their 2 month free trial, and during that time they buy an eligible Unbound Actor product or membership, the sale will be attributed to you and you will earn commission.

If, at the end of their 2 month free trial, they want to remain inside the community they have 2 options: 

  1. 1
    They can buy any of the Unbound actor products, and remain in the CORE Community for free. If they do this, you earn a commission on those sales.
  2. 2
    They can decide not to buy any products, but remain inside the community for one of the two subscription options (LIVE or PRO). If they choose that option then you will earn a commission on their monthly payments.

Why this may be your best strategy: You are not asking anyone to buy anything. You offering them 2 months free access to a valuable acting community.

Two months is enough time for them to realise how valiable the community is, and hopefully they will want to stay at the end of those 2 months. If they do stay, whichever route they choose results in a sale and commission for you.

So even if someone is not ready to buy immediately, inviting them into the community for free can still be valuable.

It gives them a chance to experience the Unbound Actor community first, and if they later decide to buy something eligible, your partner link can still receive credit.

Q: Can you invite people as both an Affiliate to earn commission AND from inside the community to get the 250 stars and 250 claps?

A: No. You will have to choose if you want the guaranteed community points or the possible commission, and invite people accordingly. If you invite them into the community using the "Invites" link on your profile, you will get your points. But if you want to earn (possible) monetary commissions from them, then you need to invite them externally, using the Free Community link that you will find inside your Affiliate Dashboard.

6. How tracking works

Affiliate tracking works through your unique partner link. When someone clicks your link, our software records that visit. If that person then makes an eligible purchase within the tracking window, the sale can be connected back to you.

The current tracking window is 90 days

That means someone does not necessarily need to buy immediately after clicking your link.

For example:

  1. 1
    You share your free community access link with a fellow actor.
  2. 2
    They click it and register for free community access.
  3. 3
    Two weeks later, they decide to buy an Unbound Actor course or tool.
  4. 4
    If the sale is still inside the tracking window and qualifies under the Partner Programme terms, that sale will be attributed to you.

This is why it is important to use your official partner links whenever you recommend Unbound Actor.

7. How commissions work

When someone buys an eligible Unbound Actor offer through your partner link, you can earn commission. Your commission rate (what percentage you get) depends on the RANK you currently have in the community). For example: Emerging = 20% ¦  Inner Circle Ivory = 25% etc

The programme you see inside your Affiliate Portal will reflect your rank. As you earn more Stars and reach higher ranks, you can unlock higher commission rates. Approved Partners increase their commission rate by progressing through Inner Circle tiers.

Your current commission level will be shown inside your Affiliate Portal.

Your commission rate starts at 20% and can increase up to 45% as you rise through the community ranks.

For one-off purchases, commission is paid once on the sale. For monthly subscriptions, commission is paid on the customer’s first 6 monthly payments. For annual subscriptions, commission is paid once upfront, based on the equivalent of the first 6 monthly subscription payments.

Top affiliates may also qualify for milestone bonuses and custom partner terms.

Commissions are calculated after discounts, refunds, failed payments and chargebacks.

8. Where to see your commissions

Inside your Affiliate Portal, you can see information about your referred activity and commissions.

This may include things like:

  • referred sales
  • tracked activity
  • commission amounts
  • pending commissions
  • paid commissions

Please remember that not every click becomes a sale, and thus a commission. A commission is only earned when an actual sale is made.

9. When commissions are paid

Commissions are not paid instantly.

This is because purchases may have refund periods, failed payments, cancellations, disputes or other issues that need to be accounted for first. In general, commissions are reviewed and paid after the relevant refund/payment period has passed and the sale is confirmed as eligible. Currenly, that means we cannot pay until at least 30 days after someone has purchased a product.

10. How to recommend Unbound Actor

You do not need to pressure anyone. You do not need to pretend to be a salesperson. The best recommendations are honest, specific and useful.

Good examples:

“I’ve been using this community and it’s useful if you want more control over your acting career.”

“This course helped me think more clearly about pitching myself before auditions.”

“There’s a free 2-month community access link here if you want to try it first.”

Bad examples:

“This guarantees you auditions.”

“You’ll definitely get cast if you buy this.”

“Everyone needs this or they’re not serious.”

“Buy this now or you’ll miss your chance forever.”

Keep it honest. You are recommending a resource, not making exaggerated promises.

11. Where you can share your link

You can share your partner links in places where it is natural, appropriate and welcome.

For example:

  • with actor friends who ask for recommendations
  • in emails or messages to people you know
  • on your own social media
  • in your newsletter, if you have one
  • in relevant conversations where someone is actively looking for this kind of help
  • on your website, blog or Linktree-style page

Do not spam people. Do not drop your link randomly into groups or communities where promotion is not allowed. Do not repeatedly message people who have not asked for help.

Your reputation matters. So does ours.

12. Be transparent

If you share your partner link publicly, be clear that you may earn commission.

For example, you can say:

“This is my partner link, so I may earn commission if you buy through it.”

Or:

“I’m an Unbound Actor Partner, so I may receive commission if you use this link.”

This does not need to sound awkward. Transparency builds trust.

14. Important Partner Programme rules

To keep the programme fair and trustworthy, please follow these rules.

  • Do not make false claims.
  • Do not guarantee auditions, representation, bookings, casting outcomes or career success.
  • Do not pretend to be an employee, official spokesperson or member of the Unbound Actor team.
  • Do not use misleading scarcity, fake discounts or false deadlines.
  • Do not spam people.
  • Do not post your links in places where affiliate links or promotion are not allowed.
  • Do not run paid ads using the Unbound Actor name, brand, course names or product names unless you have written permission.
  • Do not misrepresent the price, features, terms or results of any Unbound Actor product.
  • DO be honest, clear and useful.

If the programme is abused, partner access will be removed. Partner links are intended for genuine referrals to other people. Partners may NOT use their own affiliate links to purchase Unbound Actor products for themselves. The system is set up to block these types of transactions and to alert us when it's attempted. Self-referrals or artificial referrals will be declined or removed from commission calculations, you will get immediately removed from the partner programme and you may further be blocked from the community (while retaining access to any products you have bought).

15. What happens when your rank changes

Your Partner Programme commission rate is linked to your current Unbound Actor RANK.

If your rank increases and you become eligible for a higher commission level, your programme access will be updated. This means you will find a new higher-percentage affiliate programme unlocked in your dashboard. Please give our team 48 hours from your rank upgrade to manually unlock the new commission tier for you. 

Make sure that from that point onward you use the new links only, that you will find in the upgraded affiliate programme, because while your old links will still earn you commission, they will be at the former rate.

16. What to do now

Here is the simplest way to get started:

  1. Log into your Affiliate Portal.
  2. Open your current Partner Programme.
  3. Find the link you want to share.
  4. Copy the link.
  5. Share it honestly with someone who may genuinely benefit.
  6. Track your activity and commissions inside the portal.

This programme exists because I would rather reward actors in the Unbound Actor community than send all of that money to advertising platforms.

If you know people who could genuinely benefit from Unbound Actor, share it honestly.

If they buy through your link and the sale qualifies, you can earn commission.

That is the whole idea.
